Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation

Started the Central Air Conditioning installations 40 years ago partnering with “Carrier” who has innovated the air conditioners. TESL currently partners with well-known manufacturers such as “Carrier”, “TOSHIBA” and “Samsung” but is also not limited and collaborates with other various manufacturers all around the world to fulfil the engineering requirements of the market. TESL provides complete solutions for the Air Conditioning and Mechanical ventilation system requirements to the Clients.

Aluminum (Doors, Windows & Facade work)

TESL is the licensed fabricator in Sri Lanka for world-class “Reynaers” and “TECHNAL” proprietary Aluminum systems. Using modernized technology with CNC machinery, TESL provides high-quality Aluminum system experience to corporate and Individual Clients in their projects. Not limited to the proprietary systems TESL provide economical Aluminium solutions for the construction industry including internal partitioning works as well.

High Voltage Electrical System

TESL started Electrical works for over 40 years as a sister company to Tudawe Brothers Pvt Ltd for their Construction Projects. With continued growth, TESL undertakes all the LV and MV work related to the construction industry not limited to own construction projects in the Tudawe group. TESL is collaborating with most of the manufacturers and suppliers in the local market and also with the international market for specialized equipment, materials, etc.

Interior Work

TESL undertake all kinds of interior works such as Floor, Wall & Ceiling Finishers, comprehensive solutions for new constructions and renovation projects as well. As a one-roof solution, TESL provides all kinds of furniture solutions to the Clients such as Timber, Melamine, Architectural furniture, Residential furniture, Office furniture, etc. for the Clients using our own manufacturing facilities. TESL has completed numerous Hotels, Offices and high-end Residential projects in past years.

Fire Protection & Detection System

TESL working on Fire fighting installations for over 25 years adhering to International and Local fire regulations and Codes. TESL is in collaboration with various reputed manufacturers such as “EDWARDS” for fire alarm systems, “SRI”, “Ever Safe”, “Collins”, etc. for Fire Protection equipment, providing complete solutions for Fire Fighting Systems to the Client’s requirements.
